Abstract
Model manajemen sekolah berbasis budaya lokal- batak, disingkat MSB3 merupakan sebuah karya monumental, bersifat inovatif dan memiliki kebaruan ( novelty) dihasilkan melalui pengujian ilmu bidang manajemen pendidikan secara teruji melalui tahapan pengujian ilmiah mengacu kepada model riset dan pengembangan Borg and Gall level 3 ( penyempurnaan yang ada sebelumnya).
