Abstract
Telah dilakukan pelapisan kaca dengan menggunakan larutan TiO2 dengan variasi suhu 1500, 2500, dan 3500. yang dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Solid Gelation (Sol-Gel) dengan teknik Spin Coating. Lapisan Kaca tersebut lalu dikarakterisasi dengan menggunakan pengujian SEM, XRD dan UV-Vis Spektrometer. Hasil karakterisasi menunjukkan ukuran kristal TiO2 dengan pengaruh variasi suhu. Dengan ukuran kristal terbesar pada variasi suhu 1500C dan terkecil yaitu 2500C.
