Abstract

Pada hari Senin tanggal satu bulan April tahun dua ribu sembilan belas, kami yang bertanda tangan di bawah ini : Dr, Kustoro Budiarta, ME : Ketua Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Negeri Medan, dalam hal ini bertindak untuk dan atas nama Universitas Negeri Medan, selanjutnya disebut sebagai PIHAK PERTAMA, Dr, Farihah, M.Pd : Dosen FT Universitas Negeri Medan, dalam hal ini bertindak sebagai pengusul dan Ketua Pelaksana Penelitian Tahun 2019 untuk selanjutnya disebut PIHAK KEDUA.
