Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai Lethal Concentration 50 (LC50) dari limbah cair Serai Wangi (C. nardus L.) yang dapat membunuh larva instar III nyamuk A. aegypti selama 24 jam. Sebanyak 10 larva nyamuk A. aegypti instar III digunakan untuk masing-masing konsentrasi yang berbeda yaitu 6,9%, 7,6%, 8,2%, 9% dan 9,8%. Masing-masing konsentrasi terdiri dari lima kali pengulangan dan diamati selama 24 jam. Setelah 24 Jam, larva yang mengalami kematian dianalisis menggunakan analisis probit melalui SPSS 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa nilai LC50 limbah cair Serai Wangi (C. nardus L.) yang dapat membunuh larva selama 24 jam adalah sebesar 8,763%.
