Abstract

Scientifik argumentation-based learning requires standpoint characteristecs or starting point, scaffolding treatment stages (initiation development and sterengthening of the stage) was futher analyzed with a coding system have conducted a preminarystudy involving beginning level physics studing as research subjects.Student who have followed the general physics learning was asked to response and attitudes about learning experiences in participating in either physecs ranging from school to the university level. Initial understanding of scientific argumentation-based learning has also beendelivered and aech student was asked to give attitude towards learning. The result of this questionnaire to student show that 82,5% of students stated that it takes a special learning strategies to understand the general physics course. It can refer to a new strategy that arguments based learning.
