Abstract

Teacher is professional educator having very strategic role-playing in preparing preminent generation at period to come. In the activity, teacher carry out education program start from preparing, design, execute, evaluate, and improve; repair instruction result is required a creative and innovative teacher the always having continuous desire improve; repair and increase quality of study. One of the effort to improve; repairing ang increase instruction in class is by executing classroom action research. Classroom action research is research which done by teacher in his own class through self reflection, as a mean to improve; repair the performance, so that, the result of study of the educative participant become increase. Through self reflection in classroom action research, teacher think and dialogue with own self about weakness and strength in teaching, so that, can understand about every thing which has been good and hasnt been good yet, an also its cause factors. So, teacher can repair the weakness and increase the quality of his instruction at the next instruction continuously, so the quality of his instruction become good.
