Education should be a process to be grown or education is to develop all learners potentials so as they become independent, confident, respectful for differences, tolerant, patriotic, courageous to give ideas, and another good set of characters. The intelligence developed should include the affective , cognitive, psychomotor, or the spiritual, intellectual, emotional intelligence. Academic performances are merely administrative demands and are not absolute standard nor educational purpose. Seeing the condition of the nations' character like this, it ought to amend the paradigm of education, especially in developing the character of students through the process of character learning models.
