PRESTASI OLAHRAGA SEKOLAH KHUSUS OLAHRAGAWAN NEGERI RAGUNAN

The object of this research is to find out effect of athletes perception and achievement motivation toward athletes achievement in sport through quality of training of State Sport School Athletes of Ragunan. The research was conducted at State Sport School Athletes of Ragunan, Jakarta, 2010 to grades 12 with n=52 all populations.
The research are as follow: (1) there was an effect of athletes perception on quality of training, (2) there was an effect of athletes perception on the athletes achievement in sport, (3) there was an effect of achievement motivation on quality of training, (4) there was an effect of achievement
motivation on the athletes achievement in sport, (5) there was an effect of quality of training on the athletes achievement in sport, (6) there was an effect of athletes perception on the athletes achievement in sport by quality of training, (7) there was an effect of achievement motivation on the athletes achievement in sport by quality of training.
The conclusions of the research is that the quality of training and athletes achievement in sport can be increased by improving of athletes perception, and achievement motivation.
