Abstract

Butterfly style handbooks are still considered limited. the lack of information and understanding in the butterfly-style swimming exercise also influences the athlete’s success in achieving the quality of coordinated motion. The purpose of this study is to help provide guidance and reference aimed at coaches, athletes and the general public regarding age III swimmer-style swimming exercises. This study uses a research and development (R&D) approach which is carried out in seven stages using quantitative data. The results of the review and analysis of several experts and trials will bring up revisions. So that the butterfly swimming guide book product will be even more perfect, and can be applied as well as possible.
