PENGARUH PENERAPAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, FINANCIAL LEVERAGE DAN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2016-2018

The problem in this study is that it still needs to improve financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX, both in terms of improving the application of good corporate governance, financial leverage and intellectual capital. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the effect of the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance, Financial Leverage and Intellectual Capital on Company Financial Performance in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2018.
The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method from 168 companies, the selected sample 34 companies. The data used is secondary data, by downloading the annual report from the site www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test and multiple regression.
The results showed that good corporate governance does not affect financial performance, financial leverage does not affect financial performance, intellectual capital affect financial performance.
