Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic is a sudden disaster that is driving human change. Approved community activities. Focus, we are disrupted economically. Almost all sectors are affected. Recovery conditions are still very high in line with the recovery efforts undertaken. Not only that, this pandemic also caused the environment to change rapidly. Business world requires an effort to maintain business continuity
and support recovery when the crisis is over. organizations really need to have a business continuity plan. Such a plan is specific and has a target, in times of crisis and also recovery efforts. Strategy adjustments need to be done, because the adjustment requirements are quite high and can also be changed quickly. Four key
things that need to be improved by the organization to run when strengthening this crisis, 1) analysis based on data and information and adjustments; 2) projectbased
management to integrate the required strategies, all analyzes that have been prepared, and various opportunities that arise, to be implemented according
to an effective and efficient timeline; 3) leadership that encourages HR team to remain creative and innovative amid high pressure; and 4) health and safety guarantees as well as education and termination of health protocols established by the Government.
