Abstract
The aim of this study was to develop speaking technique for grade eleventh of Senior High School Students. This study was conducted by using Research and Development (R&D) design through six stages; gathering data and information, analyzing data, designing technique, validating by experts, revising, and final product. The subjects of the study was grade eleventh students of SMA Negeri 1 Tigapanah. The data were gathered by conducting interview to English teacher and distributing questionnaire to 1 class grade eleventh consists of 26 persons to get the students’ needs. The interview and questionnaire results proved that the students’ needs English Speaking Technique which could enhance and
motivate the students to speak actively in English. The product had been validated by experts. The result of the product was a video and the transcript of the video during applying the technique named Brainstorming Technique and all the features.
