Abstract
This research aims to know the level of the feasibility of the student activity sheet biology-based guide inquiry on the structure and function of plant tissue. The type of this research is Research Development (R&D) with 4-D product development model. This model includes 4 stages, (1) define; (2) design ; (3) develop; (4) disseminate. This research is limited to develop stage, to the step of testing the product on a limited group. This research is began since February to September 2018 in SMA Negeri 12 Medan. The subject of this research is student of XI MIA 2, XI MIA 3, and XI MIA 4 class, the object of this research is student activity sheet (LKPD) based guide inquiry
that have been developed. The result of this research shows that the percentage mean of assessment by material expert is 97,9% with the ‘very proper’ category; by educational expert is 94,79% with ‘very proper’ category; by graphic design expert is ‘very proper’ category; by the biology teachers is 98,45% with very proper’ category; by the individual trials is 78,72% with ‘Good’ category; by smal group trial is 83,17% with ‘Good’ category; and by limited group trial is 90,39% with ‘Good’ category.
