Abstract
This encyclopedia was developed with the Thiagarajan (4-D) model which has been modified to 3-D which consists of 3 stages, namely definition, design and development. The results showed: (1)The feasibility level of the Genetics Mendel Encyclopedia according to the material expert team
was in the criteria of "very decent" (87.5%); (2) The feasibility level of the Genetics Mendel Encyclopedia according to the media expert team is in the criteria of "very decent" (88%); (3) The feasibility level of the Genetics Mendel Encyclopedia according to the teacher of the study field is in the criteria: very feasible (97%); (4) The level of feasibility of the Mendelics Genetics
Encyclopedia according to students through individual trials is in the "feasible" criteria (86.6%), small group trials are on the "feasible" criteria (93.3%), and limited group trials are on the criteria "feasible" (97.3%). So it can be concluded that the research development product of the Mendel Genetics Endiklopedia which was developed is feasible to be used as an additional learning resource for students of class XII SMA on materiality. Considering that this research is only carried out until field trials are limited, to find out its effectiveness on this product, further research is needed.
