Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find the effect of image-problem-based student worksheet as learning media on students learning outcomes in class XI Science Academic Year 2017/2018. The type of research used is quasi experiment. The sample of this research is 76 students taken from 2 classes. As many as 38 students of class XI MIA VII are taught by learning using Image-Problem Based Student Worksheets as an experimental class. A total of 38 students of class XI MIA VIII are taught by learning using the usual Student Worksheet as control class. The research instrument used is multiple choice test in the form of 24 questions. Data analysis technique used is parametric test that is t test. The result of this study is the average score of students with learning using Image-Problem Based Student Worksheet of 82.18. Learning using Image-Problem Based Student Worksheet is able to deliver students' skills in both categories. The learning by using Image-Problem Based Student Worksheet is able to fulfill the criteria of classical completeness as much as 86,84%, so that effectively used in biology learning process. From the results of hypothesis testing also shows that there is effect of Image-Problem Based Student Worksheet in learning outcome at Reproductive System class XI Science of SMA N 4 Medan academic year 2017/2018, where the calculation results obtained t_count=2,81≥t_tabel.
