HUBUNGAN MINAT KEJURUAN DAN KESIAPAN KERJA DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR MENGGAMBAR TEKNIK KELAS X PROGRAM KEAHLIAN TEKNIK PERMESINAN SMK NEGERI 1 LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN AJARAN 2018/2019

this study aims to determine the magnitude of the relationship between vocational interest and work readiness with the results of learning to draw technical drawing in class X machining engineering expertise programs at SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam in the academic year 2018/2019. The research method is descriptive correlational. The population in the study were grade X students of machining engineering expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam totaling 59 people. In this case, the study sample was 59 students of class X who were randomly determined. The data of this study were collected by questionnaire and documentation, where research data captured by questionnaires were variables of vocational interest and work readiness. While for the variable learning outcomes drawing techniques are captured using value documentation. The number of vocational interest questionnaire instruments was 30 questions and 24 valid questions with 0.890 reliability were classified as very strong. While the number of work readiness questionnaire instruments were 30 questions and 25 valid questions with reliability 0.874 and classified as very strong. The results of data analysis show that the correlation test between variables X1 and Y is obtained that rh = 0.405 and the value of rt at α = 0.05 is 0.252. This means rh> rt, then the hypothesis is accepted. And for variable X2 with Y obtained rh = 0.387 the value of rt at α = 0.05 is 0.252. This means rh> rt, then the hypothesis is accepted. The results of the regression analysis are as follows: Fh = 10.900 the price of Ft = 3.16 at the significance level of 5%, so that Fh> Ft (10,900 ≥ 3.16). That the regression equation Y = 29,313 + 0,356 X1 + 0,314 X2 can be concluded that there is a relationship between Vocational Interest and Work Readiness together towards the results of learning to draw. This the hypothesis there is a positive relationship between vocational interest and work readiness together with the results of learning to draw techniques in class X of SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam can be accepted at r = 0.529, using the product moment formula at a significance level of 5%.
