Plastic jerrycan product which is processed using blow molding machine in one industry in Medan still possessed defect when arrived to customer. This problem affected production and transportation cost. the defect could be caused by non uniform product dimension & strenght and the material composition which is not in range. The recycled material used up to 29.1%, so that causing degradation of strenght compared to that of fresh material.
