Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan 1. hasil uji kelayakan pengembangan bahan ajar menulis teks negosiasi berbasis masalah, 2. hasil belajar siswa pada materi menulis teks negosiasi dengan pengembangan bahan ajar menulis teks negosiasi berbasis masalah, dan 3. keefektifan bahan ajar menulis teks negosiasi berbasis masalah.
