Based on the data analysis showed that the average percentage of the activity of students in the first meeting is 92.94% belong to very good category and at the second meeting is 87.80% with good category. The completeness percentage of student learning outcomes obtained in the first meeting with conceptual study material by 80% and in the second meeting is 73.33%, both of them included in either category. Based on the results of this study concluded that the application of learning strategies ETH can increase the activity and student learning outcomes than before doing treatment of learning strategies ETH on salt hydrolysis
