PENGARUH KOMPETENSI INTELEKTUAL, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BANK SUMUT PUSAT MEDAN

This research was conducted to look at the factors that allegedly affect the employee's performance and to know the effect of intellectual competence on financial compensation, the influence of intellectual competence on employee performance, the influence of work discipline on financial compensation, the influence of work discipline on employee performance and the effect of financial compensation on employee performance PT .Bank Sumut Kantor Pusat Medan.
This research was conducted at PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Pusat Medan in academic year 2017, with population 125 employees and sample 95 employees with total sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were observations and questionnaires. Realibility questionnaire used using Likert scale.
After the data were analyzed with SPSS 20.0, we obtained the result of path analysis with the result of equation: X3 = 0,366 + 0,224X2 + 0,763; X4 = 0,167X1 + 0,288X2 + 0,445X3 + 0,506 2. Hypothesis test show path coefficient of influence of intellectual competence to financial compensation equal to 0,366 with t value 3,796 at significant level 0,000, influence of intellectual competence to employee performance equal to 0,224 with value t equal 1,969 at a significant level of 0.025, the effect of work discipline on financial compensation of 0.167 with a t value of 2.325 at a significant level of 0.022, the effect of work discipline on employee performance of 0.288 with t value of 3.554 at a significant level of 0.001, the effect of financial compensation on employee performance of 0.445 with t value of 5,214 at a significant level of 0.000.
Hence the hypothesis in this research is accepted that there is influence of intellectual competence to financial compensation, there is influence of intellectual competence to employee performance, there is influence of work discipline to financial compensation, there influence of work discipline to employee performance, there is influence of financial compensation to employee performance.
