RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN PRINCIPAL MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES WITH TEACHER PERFORMANCE GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING SMA MEDAN CITY ACADEMIC YEAR 2015/2016

This study aims to separately determine the relationship between the principal management capabilities with the performance of teachers in the high school guidance and counseling state Medan.
