INFLUENCE COMPANY SIZE AND ANALYSIS OF PROFITABILITY IN PROPERTY AGAINST CAPITAL STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING COMPANY LISTED IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE

Problems in this study whether the size of the company and profitability simultaneously Affect the capital structure are presented in the report annual Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2012. This study Aimed to analyze the effect of firm size and profitability of capital structure on the property and manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population properties and manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2012. Of the 192 listed companies with a sample of 135 companies selected using purposive sampling method. The Data used are secondary data by collecting from the audited annual reports and published within the period of observation are downloaded from the site www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is descriptive and statistical methods with SPSS software version 19 o'clock. Testing this hypothesis using the F test with a confidence level of 5%. The results of hypothesis testing using the F test with 5% confidence level indicates that the simultaneous effect of firm size and profitability together to capital structure with a significant level (0.000 <0.005). The conclusion states that the variable firm size, and profitability simultaneously Affect the capital structure.
