Researches on the antioxidant and antibacterial activity of dragon scales leaves crude methanol extract
(Drymoglossum piloselloides (L) Presl) had been done. This study aimed to determine the antioxidant activity of dragon scales
leaves crude methanol extract by 0,5mM 40 ppm of free radical 1.1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) reduction method using
UV Visibel Spectrophotometer at 515-517 nm wavelength obtained IC50 was 9.7 mg / L with the highest percent reduction in the
amount of 99.0574% in 100 ppm at 517 nm wavelength which was a substance that has a very strong antioxidant activity. To
test the antimicrobial activity of dragon scales leaves crude methanol extract (Drymoglossum piloselloides (L.) Presl) with Agar
