This paper tries to discuss abaut the dynamic relation among tecnology, culture, mass media existency and globalization as a starting point to the contrast dynamic from communication revolution. This paper deeply elaborates three main focuses; a broad understanding and perceiption of technology, discussion about the relation between various economoc dimensions and the dynamic of the communication technology depelovement, and finally, futher discussion abaut industriliazation and communication technology alaong eith globalization structure and its relevancy to Indinesia. Revolutions in communication bring abaut a great deal of changes in the ways of human communication patterns and even pass over the time and space. The communication revolution is aimed at fulfilling human life necesseties. This big question is, how abaut the poverty people destiny in which keep putting in marginal line in econommic and communication?
