Abstract
The study deals with the using of pronouns in Read and Think Text Book In Reading Comprehesion. The objectives of the study are to find out the types of pronouns are used in the texts from Read and Think TextBook. This research was conducted by using descriptive qualitative research Method. The data were pronouns which were used in seven texts from Read and Think TextBook of Reading Comprehension of Senior High School Students. The data were collected by analyzing and underlining the pronoun which were found in texts. There are five types of pronouns in Read and Think TextBook: Subject Pronouns (337), Object Pronouns(46),Possessive Pronouns (45), Relative Pronouns(153), and Reflexive Pronouns(1). The Implication of using pronouns is to understand the using pronouns by giving information, true, relevant, and clear information so that there will be misunderstanding or different perception.
