Abstract
This study aims to determine the thermal properties and nanostructure composite Palm oil boiler ash thermoplastic HDPE. preparation of nano-composites made in an internal mixer with volume chamber laboplastomil 50 CC with. The temperature of the mixture at 1500 C with a rotor speed of 60 rpm for 10 minutes. where HDPE mixed with nano particles of ash bioler palm on the composition of the mixture (2,4,6,8,10)% wt. The results of the characterization of nano composites in thermal properties and structures that. XRD analysis of the results obtained in general follow diffraction pattern HDPE, but there intercalation between HDPE matrix with the addition of nano palm oil boiler ash shift intensity and angle of diffraction .Of the DSC thermal analysis no thermal changes with the addition of nano composition of boiler ash, but not too significant, visible TGA analysis of the thermal stability with the addition of palm oil boiler ash composition wherein the decomposition temperature above 600°C.
