Abstract
This research aimed ti know the relationship between using of the library learning sources and interpersonal communication with simultaneously in learning achievement of students on Sociology. The method applied in this research was a correlational method . the sample of this research was 105 students in grade X of SMA Swasta in Sub District of Sunggal, that determined by proportional random sampling. The research instrument is questionaire and learning achievement test. The applied analysis method is a simple regression and multi correlation. The result of analysis and testing hypothesis concluded that there was a significant positive relationship between : (1) using of library learning sources with learning achievement of student on Sociology; (2) interpersonal communication with the learning achievement of student on Sociology; and (3) the using of library learning sources with interpersonal communication simultaneously in learning achievement student on Sociology. As follow up, in order to increase the learning achievement of student on Sociology, the students must use the library as source of learning to get more required information and to increase the personal communication.
