Abstract
School counseling has to change basicly in competency based curriculum era. To date, counseling integrates to learning which has been separated before. Learning and conseling are needed to improve students competencies, such as academic, personal, social, religius and family life competencies. Methodology in this study based on RD by borg and gall. The steps as follows : (i) pre-survey, (ii) planning, (iii) testing, (iv) validation of model, and (v) desemination. Data were collected by testing, interview, discussion, questionnaire to design counseling networking management in high school. The result of this study were as follows : (i) need assessment could be done easily by using some sofware applied. (ii) AUM and ITP and baseline data, (iii) networking diagram was important to design mechanism of management service. The result of this study concluded that networking model could be used to manage the integrated information and continuously to decrease the counseling time and to integrete more activities.
