PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU DAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR KEWIRAUSAHAAN SISWA KELAS X MULTIMEDIA SMK NEGERI 1 KABANJAHE TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

The problem in this study is whether there is the influence of teachers Pedagogic Competence and professional competence of teachers on learning achievement entrepreneurial class X Multimedia at SMK Negeri 1 Kabanjahe in academic year 2015/2016. This study aims to investigate the influence of teachers Pedagogic Competence and professional competence of teachers on learning achievement entrepreneurial class X Multimedia at SMK Negeri 1 Kabanjahe in academic year 2015/2016. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Kabanjahe at Jalan Kota Cane 111 Kabanjahe. This study uses total sampling. The population in this study were all students of class X Multimedia totaling 69 people. The sampling technique in every classroom by total sampling. Data collection techniques using data and to measure the level of student achievement are taken from the list set value (DKN). Data were analyzed using correlation test with a confidence level of 95% (alpha = 0.05). Based on the research results show that the pedagogical competence of teachers and professional competence of teachers significantly influence the learning achievement of class X Enterprise Multimedia SMK 1 kabanajahe. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it can "There is a positive and significant influence Antra Pedagogic Competence Professional Competence of Teachers and Teachers Against Learning Achievement Enterprise Class X Multimedia SMK Negeri 1 Kabanjahe in academic year 2015/2016.
