Abstract
This study evaluated such related factors as teacher understanding and mastering toward the 1994 curriculum Vocational Training School (VTS) Automotive Departement, effectively of the curriculum implementation, teacher comments and hope toward the content of the curriculum, and effectiveness of the use of curriculum instrument on supporting its implementation. This study was a portrayal qualitative study using disrepancy model which focused on the lack beetwen Plants or Intentions and actual Program operation. The study was done at Automotive Department Public VTS I Percut Sei Tuan. Data were collected by using questionnaire and interview, then analysed by using descriptive statistics.
