Abstract
The aims of this reasearch were to know the differention of social saident taught by using computer animation in contextual learning with the student taught without computer animation in contextual and the student taught by using traditional learning. This research was conducted at state Junior High School 1 Percut Sei Tuan Deliserdang, in 2009/2010 academic year. The research used was experimental method and the population of the research was regular class of students grade IX of Junior High School consisted of two experiment classes and one control class. The technique of analizmg data applied by using analisis of covarians (Anacova) and analyzing scheffe test. The analisis used the SPSS for window versi 13.00 computer program. It showed that mere was social skill had also the difference achievement from the three treatment groups (using computer animation in contextual learning, contextual learning, and traditional learning) significantly. It was seen from Anacova test with Fcount = 190.140 and p(siq) = 0.00 and p < 0.05. Post hoc scheffe test showed that social skill on animation computer class in contextual learning was better man traditional class (control class) and contextual learning class was than traditional class (control class).
