Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik model supervisi kolegial berbasis website, mengetahui kelayakan model supervisi kolegial berbasis website, dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas implementasi model supervisi kolegial berbasis website untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru SMP di Kabupaten Batu Bara. Metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) melalui model Plomp dengan 5 (lima) yaitu fase investigasi, desain, realisasi, tes, evaluasi dan revisi, dan implementasi dengan melakukan uji coba model. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan, observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan tes. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis mix methode. Kelayakan model diuji melalui validasi ahli dan uji coba pengguna. Penelitian dilaksanakan di seluruh SMP di Kabupaten Batubara pada bulan Januari 2021 sampai bulan Juli 2021. Subyek penelitian sebesar 103 orang. Berdasarkan hasil ujicoba model ditemukan: a) karakteristik model supervisi kolegial berbasis website adalah: berbasis website, berpusat pada guru, fleksibel, ilmiah; dan jelas; b) kelayakan model supervisi kolegial berbasis website adalah sangat layak yang diperoleh melalui uji kelayakan ahli materi sebesar 98,5% (sangat layak), ahli media 88,9% (sangat layak), dan uji coba pengguna sebesar 81,06 (sangat layak); c) efektivitas model supervisi kolegial berbasis website adalah efektif meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru SMP di Kabupaten Batu Bara dengan rata-rata n-gain > 55 katergori efektif. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan penggunaan model supervisi kolegial berbasis website efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru SMP di Kabupaten Batu Bara.
