PENGARUH PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA KELAS XII SMK NEGERI 1 MEDAN TAHUN AJARAN 2019/2020

The problem in this study is the lack of work readiness of class XII accounting students of SMK 1 Medan due to a lack of understanding of Industrial Work Practices and Work Motivation. This study aims to examine the effect of industrial work practices and work motivation on job readiness of class XII Amuntansi students of SMK Negeri 1 Medan.
This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Medan. This type of research is ex post facto research. The sample selection technique used simple random sampling. The population in this study were 134 students of class XII accounting. The sample in this study was 100 students. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS version 20 software.
The results of this study stated that industrial work practices and work motivation partially had a significant positive effect on work readiness of students of SMK Negeri 1 Medan. Industrial work practices have a positive effect on student work readiness by 24.3%, work motivation has a positive effect on student work readiness by 50.4%.
