Abstract

Diameter kristalit nano partikel abu sekam padi (ASP) tanpa menggunakan PEG 6000 dengan perbandingan 1:3,1:4 dan 1:5, dari hasil XRD diperoleh ukuran kristal sebesar 52,22 nm, 47,84 nm and 54,54 nm dengan sistim kristal tetragonal SiO2 ,dengan dhkl (101) dan dari hasil XRF diperoleh kandungan Si rata rata sebesar 99,3% berat. Pengaruh penambahan PEG-6000 terhadap ukuran partikel abu sekam padi lebih optimal terjadi pada penambahan PEG-6000 dengan perbandingan (1:4) memiliki ukuran partikel lebih kecil dibanding perbandingan (1:3) dan (1:5). Dari hasil SEM terlihat distribusi abu sekam padi merata dan homogen.
