Abstract

This causal research is aimed at obtaining information related to the effect of leadership, personality management organizational culture, job satisfaction, commitment organization on lectures performance. In this research, 284 samples were selected by proportional random sampling technique, and the data has been analysed by path analysis after all variables put into the correlation matrix. The research conclude : (1) there is positive direct effect of leadership on personnel management, (2) there is positive direct effect of leadership on organizational culture, (3) there is positive direct effect of leadership on job satisfaction, (4) there is positive direct effect of leadership on organization commitment, (5) there is positive direct effect of leadership on lectures performance, (6) there is positive direct effect of personnel management on organizational culture, (7) there is positive direct effect of personnel management on job satisfaction, (8) there is positive direct effect of personnel management on organization commitment, (9) there is positive direct effect of personnel management on lectures performance, (10) there is positive direct effect of organizational culture on lectures performance, (11) there is positive direct effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction, (12) there is positive direct effect of organizational culture on organization commitment, (13) there is positive direct effect of job satisfaction on organization commitment, (14) there is positive direct effect of job satisfaction on lectures performance, and (15) there is positive direct effect of organization commitment on lectures performance. Based on those findings, it could be concluded that any changing or variation which occurred at lectures performance might be effected by leadership, personnel management, organizational culture, job satisfaction, organization commitment. Therefore, lectures performance could be carried out by improving leadership, personnel management organizational culture, job satisfaction, and organization commitment
