Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengembangkan media ajar interaktif Biologi berbasis komputer pada materi Monera untuk kelas X SMA/MA; (2) Mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap media ajar Biologi berbasis komputer yang dikembangkan pada materi Monera untuk kelas X SMA/MA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research & Development) berdasarkan model pengembangan produk Borg dan Gall yang dipadu dengan model pengembangan pembelajaran Dick dan Carey. Model pengembangan produk pembelajaran ini merupakan model yang disusun secara terprogram dengan urutan yang sistematis dan memenuhi karakteristik siswa dalam belajar. Model ini meliputi 6 tahapan, yakni: (1) Melakukan penelitian pendahuluan yang terdiri dari studi literatur, perencanaan/ desain pengembangan; (2) Menyusun tes acuan patokan dengan mengembangkan butir penilaian untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa yang diperkirakan di dalam tujuan pembelajaran; (3) Pengembangan bahan ajar; (4) Validasi ahli; (5) Revisi; (6) Uji coba produk akhir. Subjek uji coba terdiri dari dua ahli materi pelajaran Biologi, dua ahli desain pembelajaran, tiga siswa untuk uji coba perorangan sembilan siswa untuk uji coba kelompok kecil, dan tiga puluh siswa untuk uji coba lapangan. Data tentang kualitas produk pengembangan ini dikumpulkan dengan angket atau kuesioner. Data-data dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) Uji ahli materi pelajaran Biologi pada penilaian kelayakan isi berada pada kriteria sangat baik (83%); (2) Uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kriteria sangat baik (84%); (3) Uji coba perorangan berada pada kriteria sangat baik (81%); (4) Uji coba kelompok kecil berada pada kriteria sangat baik (83%); (5) Uji coba lapangan berada pada kriteria sangat baik (85%).

This study was aimed to: (1) Develop a Biology teaching media based on computer in Monera for class X SMA/MA; (2) Knowing the responses of students to the teaching media interactive Biology based on computer in Monera for class X SMA/MA. This is the research anda development, which use the model of product development Borg and Gall combined with the model of Dick and Careys learning Development. This learning product development model is a model that is programmed with sequence arranged in a systemic and meet the caracteristics of students in learning. This model includes six stages, namely: (1) Conduct preliminary research which consists of literature studies, planning/ design development; (2) Set a benchmark reference tests by developing assessement items to measure students abilities are estimated in the learning objectives; (3) Development of teaching materials; (4) Validation experts; (5) Revision; (6) Testing the final product. Test subjects consisted of two subject matter experts Biology, two instructional design experts, three students for individual trials, nine students for small group trials, and forty students for field testing. Data about the development of product quality are collected by questionnaire or a questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed by quantitative descriptive analisys techniques. The result showed: (1) Biological test subject matter experts on the feasibility assessment of the contents are in very good criteria (83%); (2) Test design expert on the criterion of the learning was very good (84%); (3) Individual test criteria are in very good (81%); (4) Small group of trials are in very good criteria (83%); (5) Field trials are in very good criteria (85%).
