Description:

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui: apakah hasil belajar kimia siswa yang diajar menggunakan media MS FrontPage lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa yang diajar tanpa menggunakan media MS FrontPage dengan pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri. Apakah Motivasi belajar kimia siswa yang diajar menggunakan media MS FrontPage lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa yang diajar tanpa menggunakan media MS FrontPage dengan pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri. Apakah ada pengaruh motivasi yang ditimbulkan pembelajaran inkuiri dan media MS FrontPage terhadap hasil belajar kimia siswa pada materi pokok Ikatan Kimia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua kelas X SMA semester ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2011/2012, dan diambil sampel dari populasi yang berasal dari SMA Negeri 1 Panombeian Panei sebanyak 2 kelas yang berjumlah 80 orang. Data penelitian yang dikum.pulkan dari sampel adalah berupa belajar siswa dan data motivasi belajar siswa. Hipotesis diuji dengan. uji beda nyata semu factorial 2 x 2 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 serta menggunakan uji regresi dan korelasi . Berdasarkan analisis data dan uji hipotesis yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa: (1) Hasil belajar kimia siswa yang diajar menggunakan media MS FrontPage lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa yang diajar tanpa menggunakan media MS FrontPage dengan pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri dengan Zhitung > Ztabel yaitu, 6,822 > 1,71. (2) Motivasi belajar kimia siswa yang diajar menggunakan media MS FrontPage lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa yang diajar tanpa menggunakan media MS FrontPage dengan pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri dengan Zhitung > Ztabel yaitu, 6,684 > 1,71. (3) Terdapat Pengaruh motivasi yang ditimbulkan pembelajaran inkuiri dan media MS FrontPage terhadap hasil belajar kimia siswa pada materi pokok Ikatan Kimia dengan Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu, 12,8 > 4,10 dan memberi kontribusi sebesar 67% terhadap hasil belajar.

This study aims to determine: The study of chemis1ry students who were taught using MS FrontPage media higher than students who are taught without the use of MS FrontPage media with inquiry-based learning. Motivation to learn chemistry students are taught using the media is higher than the MS FrontPage students who are taught without the use of Ms Front Page media with inquiry-based learning. What is effect of induced learning motivation and media inquiry MS FrontPage of chemistry students learning outcomes in basic material of Chemical Association. The population in this study were all odd semester of high school class X Lessons Year 2011/2012, and taken a sample of the population derived from SMA Negeri 1 Panombeian Panei as much as 2 classes totaling 80 people. The research data was collected from a sample of students test results and students learning motivation results. The hypothesis was tested with different test semu-factorial 2 x 2 at 0.05 significance level and using regression and correlation tests. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing conducted found that: (1) The study of chemistry students who were taught using MS FrontPage media higher than students who are taught without the use of MS FrontPage media with inquiry-based learning with Zhitung > Ztable ie, 6.822 > 1.71. (2) Motivation to learn chemistry students are taught to use the media MS FrontPage higher than students who are taught without the use of MS FrontPage media with inquiry-based learning with Zhitung > Ztable ie, 6.684 > 1.71. (3) There is an induced effect of motivation and learning inquiry Ms Front Page Media for the study of chemistry students at the Institute of Chemistry with a subject matter Fhitung > Ftable ie, 12.8> 4.10 and contributed as much as 67% of learning outcomes.
