Penelitian ini bertujuan tentang pengaruh motivasi, kepribadian dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen guru MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh motivasi, kepribadian dan kepuasan kerja tehadap komitmen guru MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian dilakukan pada MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan, dengan subjek penelitian semua gguru berjumlah 30 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis penelitian adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model struktural yang diajukan diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi, kepribadian, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi sesuai (fit) untuk menjelaskan komitmen guru pada MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan. Kepribadian memiliki pengaruh langsung dan bermakna terhadap komitmen guru pada sekolah sebesar 37%. Kepribadian guru dipengaruhi motivasi sebesar 28%. Kepribadian berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 42%. Komitmen guru pada sekolah bermakna dan dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja sebesar 35%. Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen guru sebesar 60%. Kepuasan kerja merupakan variable mediator antara dan komitmen guru pada sekolah dengan motivasi guru dalam bekerja.

This research aim to about influence motivate, personality and satisfaction work to teacherís commitment of MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan. The formula of problem this research are influence motivate, personality and satisfaction work to techerís commitment on MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan. The research done at MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan, with the subjek research are all teachers amount 30 people. Data collecting by using kuesioner. Used analisis data for examination of research hypothesis by part analysis. The result this research indicate that accepted raised to be structural model, inferential so that that motivation, personality, satisfaction work, and organizational commitment to fit to explain teacherís commitment MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan. Personality own direct influence and have a meaning to teacherís commitment at school equal to 37%. Teacher personality influenced to motivation equal to 28%. Personality have an effect on direct to satisfaction work equal to 42%. Theacherís commitment at school have a meaning and influenced by satisfaction work equal to 35%. Motivation have an effect on to theacher commitment equal to 60%. Satisfaction work to represent variable mediator of among and teacherís commitment at school with motivation learn in working
