Abstract

The effort to improve and to involve student’s competence in group which based on animation for class B student in program education 2010/ 2011. The method that is used in Teaching Grant is action classroom research that divided in three cycles. First cycle started by doing pretest to student, observation conducted to see the level of student involvement in practicum, psicomotorik assessment during practical activity, involvement and performance. At first cycle, the score obtained by students not yet pleasure. The average score obtained by 40 students is 70,24 and range from 50 until 91,5. At second cycle, the student taught how to make the materials teach by using Macromedia Flash. Result of second cycle evaluated by giving test to student, its average is 74,92 with the score range from 64 until 84,5. That means there has been improvement average score from first cycle. At third cycle, student presenting as lecturer. In general the posttest score pleases enough. The score obtained by 40 student are range from 70 until 95 with the average score 83,72. Conclusion obtained from this activity is : improvement of quality teaching process in Practical General Chemictry through giving more effective and efficiency method by using technology through the media base on the multimedia .
