Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan indicator penting untuk menyatakan berhasil tidaknya suatu proses pembelajaran. Hingga saat ini hasil belajar siswa SMK AKP Galang pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Mekanik masih sangat rendah, pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Mekanik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Problem Posing dengan Model Pembelajaran STAD terhadap hasil belajar teknologi mekanik pada siswa kelas X TP SMK AKP Galang Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Swasta AKP Galang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X TP SMK Swasta AKP Galang yang berjumlah 90 siswa yang terdiri dari 3 kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah acak. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kelas eksperimen I 30 orang pada kelas X TP 1 dan kelas eksperimen II 30 orang pada kelas X TP 2. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes hasil belajar berbentuk pilihan berganda sebanyak 20 soal. Dari analisis data diperoleh hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran Problem Posing menghasilkan nilai rata-rata pre-test 42,33 dengan standard deviasi 9,16 dan rata-rata post-test 83,16 dengan standard deviasi 6,75. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan Model STAD menghasilkan nilai rata-rata pre-test 40,5 dengan standard deviasi 11,16 dan rata-rata post-test sebesar 75,67 dengan standard deviasi 8,88. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t, pada taraf nyata α = 0,05 dengan criteria pengujian adalah: terima Ho jika t < t1-α dimana t1-α didapat dari daftar distribusi t dengan peluang (1-α) dan dk = n1 + n2 – 2 dan Untuk harga t lainnya Ho ditolak. Dengan kata lain nilai 3,217 > 1,671 dan sesuai dengan criteria maka Ho ditolak dan disimpulkan bahwa Perbedaan hasil belajar Teknologi Mekanik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Posing lebih baik dari pada hasil belajar yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran STAD (Student Team Achievment Division) pada siswa kelas X TP SMK Swasta AKP Galang T.P 2015/2016.
