Abstract

The development of student career competency in Secondary School seen as very important, because (1) the student career can’t be prepared in a short time and required a very long process of preparation, even since the elementary school age, (2) Students need to be self-sufficient, for students required a career design can be occupation for their future,(3) development of career competency can not be done only by counselor, but also collaboration between stakeholders in the school. Therefore, it is reasonable if Permendiknas No. 27 of 2008, was mandate that the implementation of guidance and counseling in schools consist of collaborative stakeholders, such as pricipals, subject teachers, class guardian, counselor, parents, committees school and alumnae. According to the rules of Permendiknas, principal should be the key of the successfull implementation curriculum on 2013 in which there are the development of student interest can create an atmosphere of cooperation between stakeholders a collaborative in schools through a comprehensive guidance and counseling program.
