Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kelayakan dan keefektifitas bahan ajar untuk meningkatkan perkembangan bahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun di di RA Al-Mahabbah. Penenlitian ini dilakukan di RA Al-Mahabbah Jalan Batang Kuis Lubuk Pakam Desa Baru Dusun II Kecamatan Batang Kuis pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B (usia 5-6 tahun ) Raudhatul Athfal Al-Mahabbah Batang Kuis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/ R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan pembelajaran Dick and Carey dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa wawancara dan cheklist. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan bahwa Pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis saintifik dapat meningkatkan perkembangan bahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Al-Mahabbah dengan melakukan langkah-langkah pengembangan bahan ajar diantaranya dengan melakukan (1) Analisis ; (2) Pengembangan; (3) Desain; (4) Implementasi; (5) Evaluasi. Bahan ajar berbasis pendekatan saintifik layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan bahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Al-Mahabbah. Dibuktikan dari hasil uji coba keseluruhan aspek penilaian yang dinilai oleh Ahli Materi sebesar 88,85%, aspek penilaian yang dinilai oleh Ahli Desain sebesar 60%, dan keseluruhan aspek penilaian yang dinilai oleh Ahli Desain sebesar 90,27%. Bahan ajar berbasis pendekatan saintifik efektif untuk meningkatkan perkembangan bahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Al-Mahabbah. Dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai Signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka ada perbedaan rata-rata antara kemampuan bahasa anak dari hasil pretes dan postes, yang artinya ada pengaruh bahan ajar berbasis pendekatan saintifik terhadap kemampuan bahasa anak.
