Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional; (2) Mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang memiliki keterampilan sosial tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memiliki keterampilan sosial rendah; (3) Mengetahui interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan keterampilan sosial dalam mempengaruhi kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 05 Pauh Lubuk Sikaping yang berjumlah54 orang. Kelas V/a sebanyak 27 siswa dan V/b sebanyak 27 siswa.Pengumpulan data melalui angket keterampilan sosial dan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa.Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji Two Way Anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang diajarkan dengan model konvensional (Fhitung = 21,164 dan nilai sig. 0,000 > 0,05);(2) Kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang memiliki keterampilan sosial tinggi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang memiliki keterampilan sosial rendah (Fhitung = 6,756 dan nilai sig. 0,012 > 0,05); (3) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan keterampilan sosial dalam mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa (Fhitung = 7,054 dan nilai sig. 0,011 > 0,05).
