Abstract
Kompetensi guru dalam membangun peserta didik seutuhnya terdiri dari: kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial dan
professional. Dengan kompetensi dan kualifikasi yang terjamin sangat berdampak sekali terhadap peserta didik. Profesi keguruan tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kompetensi. Khususnya dalam mengembangkan kompetensi sosial dan pribadi seorang guru agar mempermudah membangun peserta didik yang seutuhnya.
