Abstract
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh konseling kelompok teknik latihan asertif terhadap perilaku membolos siswa full day school
kelas XI IPA SMA Swasta Darussalam Medan tahun ajaran 2017/1018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kelompok teknik latihan asertif terhadap perilaku membolos siswa full day school kelas XI IPA SMA Swasta Darussalam Medan tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penilitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest design.
Subjek penelitian ini adalah 10 orang siswa yang ditentukan dengan tehnik sampling purposif (sampel bertujuan) dengan karakteristik siswa yang memiliki
masalah membolos full day school yang tinggi dari hasil analisis angket. Data penelitian diperoleh dari instrumen tes berupa angket. Analisis data untuk menguji
hipotesis digunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : nilai Jhitung = 15 dengan = 0,05 dan n = 10 diperoleh nilai J tabel 8, maka Jhitung > JTabel dimana 15 > 8. Artinya bahwa hipotesis diterima. Perubahan penurunan interval perilaku membolos full day school siswa setelah diberi layanan konseling kelompok teknik latihan asertif diperoleh selisih skor 51,9 (47,8 %). Hal ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh pemberian layanan konseling kelompok teknik latihan asertif terhadap
perilaku membolos siswa full day school kelas XI IPA SMA Swasta Darussalam Medan T.A 2017/2018 sebesar 47,8 %, dengan demikian hiptesis diterima.
