PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK BERBASIS KARTU PINTAR UNTUK KELAS IV SD LUBUK PAKAM

The researcher aims at developing to develop the the learning media ini the from of
smart card in the theme of my enveromet cllas IV . Researchers are done because the effectiveness of student learning is still relatively low, including in grade IV ADVENT Lubuk Pakam. Sain is the theme book of my circle that circulated in the school material presented in the form of Java area that is told in the text in the book
The subject of this research is the fourth grade students of ADVENT Lubuk Pakam,
Lubuk Pakam subdistrict, in the even semester knowing the 2015/2016 pursuit of this type of research is Research and Develoment / R & D model Borg and Gall, (1) Research and data (4) Preliminary field testing, (5) revise the main product revision, (5) revision of the product (preliminary field testing), (5) revision of main product revision,
6) Field testing, (7) Completion of product of field test result (product revision operation), (8) Field implementation test (field testing operation). (9) final product revision, (10) dissemination and implementation (dissemination and implementation). The results of this study show that smart cards based on validation results done by the material experts to obtain a percentage of 91, 0%, with the validation of 91.0% media design and validation ali language 88.3% value. Similarly, the test results of student learning using product moment validation. The average scores on the initial grade IV tests before using the learning media were developed in the pretest average of 15.8, after the use of learning media increased by obtaining an average of 81.8. So the application of instructional media declared effective and very good.
The application of smart card learning media to increase interest learning outcomes and
can create a more effective learning atmosphere ini achieving learning objectives, sunggestions for this research ini order to with other themes with smart cards.
