Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-Procurement on Prevention and Detection of fraud Procurement in West Sumatera Province, Indonesia. This research is a causative research. The population was local government agencies and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. There were 502 respondents in this study. The research data was obtained through questionnaires. Data was analyzed by using double regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) all phases of e-procurement had positively effect on fraud procurement prevention except the phase of auction announcement and (2) the stage of preparation, committee forming, and rebuttal had positively effect while the stage of pre-qualification, preparation of tender documents, bid evaluation, auction announcement had no effect on fraud procurement detection
