Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar kearsipan yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Divisions lebih tinggi dibanding hasil belajar kearsipan yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Cooperative Script terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan pada siswa kelas X AP SMK Swasta Istiqlal Deli Tua T.A 2017/2018. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X AP SMK Swasta Istiqlal Deli Tua Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X AP SMK Swasta Istiqlal Deli Tua yang terdiri dari 2 kelas dengan jumlah 50 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling (secara acak) yang terdiri dari kelas eksperimen I (X AP I) dan eksperimen II (X AP II) yang masingmasing populasinya terdiri dari 30 siswa dan diambil penarikan sampel masingmasing 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal yang terlebih dahulu telah di uji validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran tes, dan uji daya beda tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus“uji t”. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata pre test dan post test dengan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Divisions = 52,00 dan 86,00 dan hasil rata-rata pre test dan post test model pembelajaran Cooperative Script = 45,40 dan 77,80 Hipotesis penelitian ini diuji t dan diperoleh thitung sebesar 3,671 sedangakan ttabel sebesar 1,684 pada tarafnyata α=0,05 yaitu thitung>ttabel maka hipotesis penelitian ini diterima. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar kearsipan yang diajarkan dengan Model Pembelajaran Student Team Achievemnt Divisions lebih tinggi secara signitifikan dari pada hasil belajara kearsipan yang diajarkan dengan Model Pembelajaran Cooperatve Script pada siswa kelas X AP SMK Swasta Istiqlal Deli Tua T.A 2017/2018
