Abstract

After the reformation rolling over, there are many parties appear in Indonesia as an euphoria of the democracy, as we know as long as the regime of government era since 11th March 1966 (orde baru) this country was confining in an era that far from democracy application. Political party can be considered as a devil, in one side it is really needed as a democracy element, but in another side the political party its self often violates the regulations of democracy. Kompas (Monday, April 16th 2007) reported a data that the badness of political party’s work became the reason why the political party didn’t become a main choice for channeling the public aspirations. The inability of the political party to build the cadres continuously broadens the doubt of public to this political committee in creating competent leaders. What a sorrowful outcome of research, where at the time when the political party is really needed in this transition time, but the political party is considered to be incompetent to carry out its functions that is to accommodate all its constituent’s necessity.
