Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Geografi Bersertifikat di SMA Negeri se-Kota Medan T.A. 2017/2018, 2) Kompetensi Sosial Guru Geografi Bersertifikat di SMA Negeri se-Kota Medan T.A. 2017/2018
Penelitian ini dilakukan di 9 SMA Negeri di Kota Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 orang guru geografi bersertifikat. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket siswa, angket rekan sejawat, APKG III dan wawancara.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Geografi Bersertifikat di SMA Negeri se-Kota Medan T.A. 2017/2018 tergolong dalam kategori Kompeten dengan persentase skor sebesar 83,75%. 2) Kompetensi Sosial Guru Geografi Bersertifikat di SMA Negeri se-Kota Medan T.A. 2017/2018 tergolong dalam kategori Kompeten dengan persentase skor sebesar 82,83%.
